1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Certain products are not eligible for return, as outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
3. Proof of Purchase
To process any return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return any items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Opened software, CDs, DVDs, video games, or similar media
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
First, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Shipping Returns
To return a product, it must be sent to our designated return address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
11. Shipping Fees
We charge a flat delivery fee of KSh 600 within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
